About the Role
The Fetch Product Design team is responsible for the entirety of design within the Fetch app—from user experience design to creative direction and production. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a focused, balanced team where individuals take ownership and have significant impact on the final product. This is a full-time role, fully remote in the US.
Product designers at Fetch must be…
- Risk-takers. You've got ample room to fail and no time to play it safe.
- Endlessly curious. You never hesitate to ask "why" and tirelessly seek out innovative solutions.
- Expert collaborators. Equally comfortable with executive stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and fellow designers.
- UI craftspeople. A well-practiced eye for detail and aesthetics is a must. Your shipped mobile app work needs to knock our socks off.
- Radically scrappy. You thrive in ambiguity and won't hesitate to get what you need to keep moving.
- Team-players. Our secret sauce is our team dynamic—we don't have time for egos.
In your first year you'll…
- Month 3: Be integrated into your team, familiar with the Fetch app in daily life, developing relationships with PM and Eng leads, leading design critiques.
- Month 6: Making decisions within your team, building cross-functional relationships, exploring untouched opportunities, launching first features.
- Year 1: Influencing decisions across the organization, thriving in ambiguity, launching multiple features with iterations in motion.
We're looking for…
- 3+ years of relevant experience; native mobile app design required
- Experience building growth- and retention-focused products (ideally reward-centric)
- Figma, Miro, and Protopie proficiency
- Experience with animation, ideally Rive
- Self-directed, comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
Compensation: $149,592–$175,990 base salary + equity
Benefits
- Equity for all full-time employees
- 401k match up to 4%
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision (including pets)
- $10,000/year education reimbursement
- 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary), 14 weeks (secondary)
- Flexible PTO + 9 paid holidays + year-end week-long break
- Fully remote in the US (or office in Madison/Chicago/NY/SF)
